Rapid Prototyping / 3D printing
Rapid prototyping is a process for forming objects from plastics, by fusing and building the object layer by layer using 3-D modeling.
In 3D printing, the object is fused by thermoset resins to build up the three dimensional form of the required object.
Features: No tooling needed, precise dimensions and details, limited to specific materials, suitable for short runs only.
Typical parts: Most 3 dimensional parts, using nylon, abs, and paper mache, epoxy resins with 0.1 to 0.3 mm dimensional tolerance depending on the overall size of the object to be made.
Max. part size: 200 mm length x 200 mm width x 200 mm height in Rapid Prototyping, any specific size by jointing methods in 3D Printing
Note: For parts made by this process, we will send offers within 5 working days. We need the .stl or 3D drawing inputs for these type of molding
