Laser Cutting Machine works by directing the output of a high power laser at the sheet below. The sheet is cut through, leaving an edge with a high quality surface finish. It is used in industrial manufacturing of sheet metal components.

Features: No need for tooling, precise cutting, no burrs in cutting, easy repeatability of cutting designs, can cut both metals and plastics, suitable for short runs.

Typical parts: Any flat part of thickness 0.5 mm to 25 mm (in steel), 0.5 mm to 16 mm (in stainless steel), 1.0 to 10.0 mm (in aluminum) and 1.0 mm to 12mm (in acrylic), with 0.1 to 0.2 mm dimensional tolerance depending on thickness.

Max. part size: 3000 mm length x 1500 mm width x thickness 20 mm (in steel), 16 mm (in stainless steel), 3 mm (in aluminum) and 12 mm (in acrylic)
